Grilled fillets


  • 4 large-sized fish fillets
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil


    step 1

    In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and parsley.

    Add the fish fillets to the marinade and let it sit at room temperature.

    Grease the grids with vegetable oil.

    combine fist five ingredients in a larg bowel; set it aside

    . Place the grilled fish on a dish.Serve with a side of your favorite grilled vegetables.
