Grilled fillets



Ingredients
- 4 large-sized fish fillets
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparations

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and parsley.
step 2Add the fish fillets to the marinade and let it sit at room temperature.
step 3Grease the grids with vegetable oil.
step 4add the marinated fish fillets and close the lid
step 5combine fist five ingredients in a larg bowel; set it aside
step 6. Place the grilled fish on a dish.Serve with a side of your favorite grilled vegetables.
