Humburg or vienna steak
Ingredients
- Get Onions finely choopped
- Take Butter or oil
- Prepare Lean minced beef
- Take Small eeg
- Get Bread crumbs
- Get Cold water or milk

Cook the onion in the fat without colour then allow to cool
step 2Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
step 3Divide into even pieces and using flour make into balls flatten and shape round
step 4Shallow fry in hot fat on both sides reducing the heat after the first few mins making certain they are cooked right through
step 5Serve with a light sauce in this case tomatoo sauces,The steak may be granished with french fried onions and sometimes fried eggs
