Madeira sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups demi-glace
- 1/4 cup Madeira wine
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring the demi-glace to a simmer and let it reduce for about 5 minutes.
step 2Stir in the Madeira wine and swirl in the butter. Serve right away.
